charges could have ended my career

While I was on leave from the military this past summer (2009) I made a mistake which could have cost me my career. I had no idea how to find a good attorney so I did research online and found Dan Koukol’s website. I read the stories that other people had written and decided to hire Mr. Koukol. With my career at stake, I wanted to find the best attorney in the area to represent me.

I think I made the right choice because Dan was able to talk to my supervisor and negotiate a settlement with the prosecutor and the judge. I know my case was not easy because he ended up having to negotiate with three different prosecutors before he was able to get the settlement offer that we needed. In the end, we got the charges that were most damaging dismissed so that I could continue my military career.

I will always recommend Dan Koukol to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer.
