no criminal record

I was arrested for a felony Grand Theft, so I hired Dan Koukol to represent me. He was able to give me peace of mind because he told me that he thought he could get the charges reduced to misdemeanors.

Over the course of three months, Dan met with the prosecutor a number of times. Each time he was able to improve the situation by being a really good negotiator. The end result is that he did get the charge reduced to a misdemeanor. In addition, he made it so that I avoided having to go to jail.

The best of all is that Dan go the judge to agree to take me off probation and dismiss my case if I attend a theft class and comply with probation for 1 year. This is really important to me because I am finishing up college classes and really don’t want a criminal conviction on my record. Now I don’t have to worry about that. Thank you, Dan Koukol!
